Keep your flowers in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts. A room temperature of around 65-72°F (18-22°C) is ideal.

A flower subscription is a service where you receive fresh flowers delivered to your door on a regular basis. You can choose how often you'd like to receive your flowers—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—and we'll ensure that your blooms are always fresh and handpicked just for you.
Signing up is simple! Just choose your preferred subscription plan, select your delivery frequency, and fill out the necessary information. We’ll take care of the rest and start delivering beautiful flowers right to your door.
In your very first order you will receive a complimentary glass vase with your bouquet. Every delivery after your initial one, you will receive a wrapped bouquet.
Since we use premium in-season flowers, your bouquet will vary week to week. We will still ensure that we design within the color palette that you have chosen.
Once you place your first order, you will have access to a member portal. In your portal you will have access to edit your subscription, pause your subscription, or cancel your subscription. You will also have access to modify the size and colors of your existing subscription, update your delivery frequency, as well as being able to gift your subscription to family and friends.
Modification should be made 48 hours before delivery to ensure that we can accommodate the changes.

Please note that there is an additional 3% processing fee for credit card transactions.

RETURNS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if there is an issue with the quality of your arrangement upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours. We will happily replace any damaged item that may have had its quality affected during shipping.
Yes, non-perishable items such as potting soil, amendments, and pottery may be returned in unused condition with a receipt. Please note that we do not accept returns or give refunds on food items or balloons.
DELIVERIES
We deliver daily between 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. While we strive to accommodate specific time requests, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times within this window.
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed by 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. Orders received after this time will be scheduled for the next business day.
Our standard delivery fee applies to all orders within our local delivery area. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside this area or for special delivery requests.
