  • Custom Floral Arrangements: Due to the personalized and perishable nature of our custom floral arrangements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items.

  • Non-Perishable Items: If you are not satisfied with a non-perishable gift item for any reason, you may return it to our shop for an exchange of equal value or a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or purchase. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

  • Perishable Items: For perishable items other than custom floral arrangements, such as certain plants, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours. We will replace the item or provide a store credit.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa Terramar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casa Terramar, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our products or services.
