1. Delivery Areas
We proudly offer hand-delivered arrangements throughout Miami-Dade County, including areas like Hialeah, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, and Miami Beach.
2. Delivery Fees
Our delivery fees are calculated based on the recipient's ZIP code and are determined at checkout. Additional surcharges may apply for deliveries to hospitals, federal, county, and municipal buildings.
3. Delivery Times

Business Deliveries: Guaranteed delivery before 5:00 PM.

Residential Deliveries: Guaranteed delivery before 7:30 PM.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather conditions, and other factors.
4. Same-Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Saturday. Orders received after this time may be delivered the following day.
5. Delivery Procedure
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our driver will leave the arrangement in a secure location near the front door and notify both the sender and recipient via text message. Casa Terramar is not responsible for items damaged due to weather conditions, theft, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. During peak seasons, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, processing times may extend to 5-6 business days.
